How it Works?

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Step 1: Review the Warranty Policy
Before submitting a claim, please go through our Warranty Policy to understand what is covered and what is not. This helps avoid unnecessary delays or rejected claims.

Step 2: Submit the Warranty Claim Form
Fill out the Warranty Claim Form with accurate details, including your product model, order number, purchase date, and a clear description of the issue you are facing. Attach pictures or videos if possible – this speeds up the evaluation.

Step 3: Confirmation from Our Team
After you submit the form, our support team will review it and contact you with the next steps. We will share the address and instructions for sending your product to us.

Step 4: Send the Product to Us
You will be responsible for shipping the product to our service center.

Please send the product complete with all original items, including the box, accessories, manuals, and packaging.

Make sure to pack it securely to avoid damage during transit.

Keep your tracking number safe until delivery is confirmed.

Step 5: Product Inspection
Once we receive your product, it is sent to our Claim Department for a detailed inspection.

Inspection and verification usually take 5–7 working days (after receiving the product).

If any additional information is required, our team will contact you.

Step 6: Claim Decision

If your claim is approved, you will receive a brand-new replacement product (since Anker products are not repaired).

If the claim is not valid (e.g., physical damage, misuse, expired warranty, or not purchased from us), the product will be returned to you.

Important Notes:

Warranty claims are valid only for products purchased directly from us (Anker Pakistan / Optus Solutions).

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, third parties, or other stores will not be eligible for warranty claims.

Keep your purchase invoice/receipt safe, as it will be required for verification.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only – not damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

Claims without complete packaging (box, accessories, manuals, etc.) may be rejected.
