Return & Warranty Policy
At Anker Pakistan, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. Please read the following policies carefully to understand your rights and obligations when making a purchase from us.
Return Policy:
Our trade and merchandise exchange are only legitimate under the following conditions:
The package contains its original product documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories that came with the product when ordered.
In the event of a technical defect, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to claim an exchange.
We do not accept returns for defects, breakdowns, or failures due to misuse, abuse, improper installation, or use with broken or inappropriate equipment.
In case of damaged or defective products, we can only replace the product with the same model. Refunds are not offered.
Warranty:
Our products come with a warranty valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.
The warranty does not cover defects, breakdowns, or failures due to:
Misuse or abuse of the product
Improper installation
Use with broken or inappropriate equipment
Negligent or reckless use
In case of damage or defects covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the product with the same model. Refunds are not offered under warranty claims.
Exclusions:
Please note that our return and warranty policies do not cover the following:
Products without their original packaging or accessories
Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or counterfeit sources
