Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be approved in the following cases:
You received a wrong product.
You received a damaged or defective product upon delivery.
The product is out of stock after your order has been confirmed and paid.
The order is cancelled by Anker Official Pakistan before shipment.
To qualify for a refund:
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, accidents, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
Products damaged by improper use, liquid damage, physical damage, or burn damage.
Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
Change of mind after the product has been opened or used.
Warranty claims that are covered through product replacement or repair rather than a refund.
Refund Process
Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the issue.
Our team may request photos or videos to verify the claim.
If your refund request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund.
Refund Method
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via bank transfer, as applicable.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Approved refunds will be issued through a bank transfer to the customer's provided bank account.
Refund Timeline
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 2–3 working days.
Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 5–7 working days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product supplied by Anker Official Pakistan.
Return shipping charges may be covered by Anker Official Pakistan if the return is due to our error.
