Welcome to Anker Official Pakistan. We are committed to delivering genuine Anker products quickly, safely, and efficiently across Pakistan. Please read this Shipping Policy before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful order confirmation. Prepaid orders are processed once payment has been verified. Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During sales, promotions, or public holidays, order processing may take slightly longer than usual.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days for most cities across Pakistan. Deliveries to remote or less accessible areas may take 5–7 working days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Coverage
We deliver to major cities and towns across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners. If your location is not serviceable for Cash on Delivery (COD), our customer support team will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method before dispatching your order.
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping is available on eligible orders as advertised on our website. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before order confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email where applicable. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner may attempt delivery more than once. If the package remains undelivered due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be re-dispatched.
Order Inspection
Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If you notice tampered packaging, an open or damaged parcel, missing items, or an incorrect product, please inform the courier representative immediately and contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available in selected locations across Pakistan. For areas where COD is unavailable, customers will be required to make advance payment before shipment.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to public holidays, severe weather conditions, political or law enforcement restrictions, natural disasters, courier operational issues, or high order volumes during promotional campaigns. Anker Official Pakistan shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including their full name, complete delivery address, and valid phone number. Anker Official Pakistan is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
